The Founders

On February 17, 2023, former junior football players Ulrik Basso and Amar Kambic were on a train passing through Norway’s finest neighborhoods, contemplating their next steps. After realizing that football wasn’t the career or life path they desired, they chose to look beyond it and explore new opportunities.

That day, they decided to explore business ideas. One concept intrigued them most: the agency model, where they could help talented but lesser-known creators shine. They started small, with an agency specializing in explainer videos, quickly learning the market and helping numerous of online sellers grow.

With this experience, they founded AU Creative in Bergen, Norway, to support YouTubers and content creators in building and expanding their channels. Today, Ulrik and Amar are dedicated to helping creators grow, bringing their resilience and teamwork into every project.
